One of a Kind's Puppy Contract And Terms of Health Guarantee

1. General Health Guarantee: Each puppy was examined, given shots and de-wormed by ourlocal D.V.M. We allow each new owner 72 hours from time of delivery to take the puppy to any vet of their choice to receive a second opinion on the general health of each puppy. In the event of any pre-existing health issues, we will refund your money (minus shipping if applicable) or provide a different puppy (if one is available). The option is yours. All of our puppies are whelped in a clean, nurturing environment. If you need to return a puppy for any other reason, it is our decision whether to make a different pup available or to provide a refund. If we decide to refund, it will be made within 30 days, as long as the puppy has been well-cared for. Please do not put one of our dogs in a shelter; shelters are not effective in finding new homes. We will try to place the dog in a good home so that the animal can have a loving and caring environment.

2. Genetic Disease Guarantee: We guarantee our pups to be genetically sound and free of any "life-threatening" disease in terms of currently detectable genetic disorders up to 12 months old. In the event of a genetic disorder, with proper documentation, the puppy with the disorder will be returned to the breeder and your puppy will be replaced.

3. Seller is not responsible for the dog's ability to breed or the quality or size of the litters.

4. The seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or replacement guarantee.

5. The seller assumes no responsiblity for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or any other undesirable circumstances once the dog has left the seller's premises.

6. There is no guarantee as to size or color the puppy will become as an adult.

7. Deposits and final payment will be made in cash or postal money orders. Final payment is due 10 days before the puppy is shipped or the day they are picked up. No personal checks accepted. Deposits are non-refundable so chose wisely.

8. Buyer MUST keep original Bloodline/Kennel name "One of a Kind" pre-ceding the given name. Ex. "One of a Kind's Lola" you may change Lola, but not the "One of a Kind" bloodline/kennel name. Cost of bloodline change is $5,000. If bloodline is changed without written consent of original breeder then legal action may be taken by the original breeder.

One of a Kind's Stud Service Contract

On __________________ Stud dog CAIN, (CKC/IOEBA#__________), owned by One of a Kind Bulldogs was bred to ___________________ (CKC/IOEBA#____________), owned by __________________________.

The breeding was done by mating/artificial insemination (circle one).

Upon stud service, the stud fee of $__________ will be paid to the owner of the stud dog

Pick of the Litter puppy will be chosen when the pups no later than 6 weeks of age. Any later then 6 weeks and the Stud Dog Owner relinquishes his/her right to choice of pick.

This contract guarantees the actual mating or shipped specimen of listed dogs only and not of a pregnancy or puppies. No fee will be refunded should bitch fail to whelp. ONE puppy whelped live constitute a litter. If one puppy does not survive to 8 weeks, the right to choice of puppy(s) will be a next breeding. A free service will be given by the same stud at the next heat of the same bitch if written/oral notice is given to stud owner within 90 days of breeding date. Unless such notice is given, the return service is cancelled. If stud is not available, if bitch changes ownership, or fails to conceive after return service, this contract is terminated.

Litter registration application will be signed after full payment of fee or possession of pick puppy(s) from the litter, but not before puppies are 10 days old. Bitch owner agrees not to knowingly sell or transfer any puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the sale or resale of dogs. Bitch owner agrees to abide by all CKC and IOEBA rules and regulations regarding breeding and future stud service of the puppies born. All puppies will be carefully placed in pre-approved homes to ensure they get the best possible placement and potentially permanent home.

Fresh or Frozen Semen: Certified viable semen will be provided to a licensed veterinarian chosen by the bitch owner. Bitch owner is responsible for ALL costs once semen specimen is in the hands of Bitch's Veterinarian. All semen will be inseminated into one bitch resulting in one litter. Only one litter registration will be signed by stud owner. Any excess semen will be destroyed.
